ADHD Coaching & Therapy

What if you could finally get organized?
Stay focused when you need to work.
Get things done on time—without the last-minute panic.
Keep track of your things.
Show up on time.
Follow through on your commitments.

You have big goals, but something always gets in the way.

Right now, your brain feels like an endless to-do list.

Everything you need to do.
Everything you should have done yesterday.
You tell yourself to just do it, but that strategy hasn’t worked.

You know what to do, so why aren’t you doing it?

Imagine if life didn’t feel like you were always ten steps behind.

What would you do with that freedom?

Spend more time with the people who matter?
Start a hobby, build a business, focus on your health?
Finally relax—without the guilt?

You know it’s easy to get sidetracked in the age of information overload. But this feels different.

And the idea of getting support? You’ve thought about it… but, like everything else, it keeps getting pushed to later.

I’m Dr. Hurley a licensed clinical psychologist and ADHD-certified clinical services provider.

With over a decade of experience, I help ambitious adults who feel stuck in unproductive patterns.

I don’t just explain why ADHD makes life harder—I help you change it. My approach combines therapy’s depth with coaching’s practicality, using the latest ADHD and executive function research.

This isn’t traditional talk therapy; we focus on actionable strategies to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Whether you need structure, accountability, or a system tailored to your brain, we’ll create a plan that works for you.

How it Works: A Structured, Action-Oriented Approach

This isn’t just talk therapy—it’s a practical, results-driven process that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Executive Function Coaching to help you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually following through.

Most clients work with me for around 12 sessions, giving us time to build skills, implement strategies, and create lasting change. Some people find they need fewer sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll adjust the process based on what works best for you.

Over our time together, we’ll focus on:

  • Understanding your brain – Identifying how ADHD, executive function challenges, or long-standing habits impact your daily life.

  • Building structure that works for you – Creating systems for organization, time management, and follow-through.

  • Overcoming procrastination & avoidance – Learning science-backed strategies to stop putting things off and start making progress.

  • Strengthening accountability & self-trust – Developing ways to track progress and stay motivated.

  • Managing emotions & stress – Using CBT techniques to address frustration, self-criticism, and overwhelm.

  • Fine-tuning your treatment plan – If you’re taking medication, we’ll discuss whether it’s working effectively for you and how to optimize behavioral strategies alongside it.

  • Sustaining progress – Adjusting and refining your systems to ensure long-term success.

  • Absolutely. This approach is different from traditional talk therapy. If you’re working with another therapist for deeper emotional work, this coaching can complement it by providing practical strategies and structure to help you follow through on your goals.

  • While many of my clients have ADHD, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from executive function coaching and CBT. If you struggle with focus, organization, or follow-through, this approach can help.

  • Yes, I assign practical exercises, strategies, and reflection prompts to help reinforce what we discuss in sessions. Clients who complete the homework tend to make faster progress—but I also know that follow-through is one of the biggest challenges with ADHD. If you struggle to complete it, that’s not a failure—it’s valuable information. We’ll use that as a learning opportunity to understand what’s getting in the way and adjust strategies accordingly.
